Regional assessment of living standards as a factor of economic access to food

Abstract: The authors assess main indicators of the population welfare level in 2008-2014. on the basis of the analysis substantial performance differences between the residents of urban and rural areas are noted. It exacerbates the food situation in the region, which requires an immediate solution.
