When Does It Become Profitable to Buy a House by Paying Like Rent? Mortgage Application

Abstract:
In this study, in addition to the theoretical information about the mortgage, in which financial situations it is profitable to buy house with mortgage and the profitability of buying house with mortgage by a tenant are being analysed using scenario analysis. At the end of the study, the first of the most important two results is that it may be advantageous to buy house with mortgage against being tenant even in the high interest rate situations. The second is that the people who have low and medium income can benefit from the mortgage system only in the low interest rate situations. Key Words: Mortgage, buying house, home, mortgage loan.
