Abstract: Change in the structure of New Capital Market Law,6362, published in the Official Gazette, 28513,30/12/2012 joint investment institutions was made as a result of the developments happened in the Turkish Capital Markets. With the new law, the structure of joint investment institutions was formed again in the frame of European Union Law. In this study, the structure, application, and activity principles of the investment partnership model with variable capital becoming in the Turkish Law System the first time are going to be examined.
