Abstract: This study is about the problem of estimating the national cement demand in Turkey. The primary purpose of this study, which is designed to answer the research question about how much domestic cement demand will be in Turkey in the future, is to estimate Turkey’s domestic cement demand with ANN. The second aim of this study is to predict the domestic cement demand of Turkey, which will be realized in the future but has not yet been realized, with ANN. In this framework, first of all, the current domestic demand values were estimated using the Artificial Neural Networks Method for the period between January 2017 and November 2022. Thus, the estimated values were compared with the actual values. Estimated values and actual values were found to be consistent with each other. Then, the forecast for the period between December 2022 and December 2023 was made using the Artificial Neural Networks Method.
