Abstract: This study aims to explore the concept of work-life balance and its implications for employees, employers, and society as a whole. The research will investigate the extent to which individuals are able to balance their work and personal lives, and the factors that influence their ability to do so. Additionally, the study will examine the impact of work-life balance on job satisfaction, employee well-being, and overall productivity. Through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, the research will provide insights into the current state of work-life balance practices in various industries and offer recommendations for improving work-life balance for employees. The study will contribute to the ongoing discussion on work-life balance and its importance in creating a sustainable and healthy workforce.
