Abstract:
The overview of the European and Russian judicial practice confirmed the opinion that high financial risks associated with litigation costs often do not allow Russian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to use the formal intellectual property protection system. The carried-out analysis showed that Russian measures to stimulate the development of innovative SMEs are quite competitive in comparison with the international analogues. Meanwhile the proposed corrections give the opportunity to the governmental programmes to provide more stable support for the domestic companies.
