SEVERAL CONSIDERATIONS CONCERNING NEW PENSION SYSTEM PARADIGM

Abstract: In the given article the author, based on the results of the research published in the web-magazine “Strategy of Business†, formulates the first portion of suggestions to the new pension system paradigm. The methods based on the General Systems Theory of Urmantsev were used during the research. Developing the suggestions, the author makes an attempt to cope with a task of keeping the financial position of the pensioners (wage replacement rate) for the long period without an increase of both the social contributions rate and the retirement age.
