INTEGRAL ASSESSMENT OF INVESTMENT IN DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL

Abstract: For a quantitative assessment of the level of investment in human capital an integrated indicator was developed — human assets index. It helped to estimate the level of human capital development in Russia and some countries of the G7. The calculation results allow to us to make a conclusion that there is the lack of financing state programs for the preservation and development of human capital in Russia.
