Abstract: The article presents the results of a study of the strategy provide specialized medical services in the field of hemodialysis in the regions of Russia. As an innovative mechanism for its implementation we consider a system of public-private partnership in the Omsk region. Defined events strategy to improve the efficiency of dialysis services in the region.
