Abstract: In this scientific work we consider base strategic management’s parts in Russian banks area and offer some improvements. We proposal extend Central bank role to be a knowledge central in strategic management for Russian banks. We made base specific definition, some principals and methodic for create specific banks strategy. The basis of distinction between our methodic and others is its structure in form of logical algorithms and formulas.
