Abstract:
This article describes the features of perception and human understanding of the term "enterprise" in crisis management in general and in particular in bankruptcy. Currently prevailing incorrect interpretation of the term mix it with the notion of the organization that harms the correct assessment of the role of the institution of bankruptcy, harming its image and prevents develop crisis management as a scientific field and practice.
