Abstract: This article describes the need for interaction between the university and the employer.Such interactions will help identify promising areas of the university and create intellectual capital in enterprises that can develop and then implement the strategic direction of the industry . These interactions give the chance the university to track the changing demands of business to professionals and quickly correct educational programs, that in turn promotes increase of competitiveness of educational institution.
