METHODOLOGY OF ENTERPRISE IT-STRATEY CREATION BASED ON BUSINESS MODEL

Yu. A. Zelenkov ()

Business Strategies, 2015, issue 5

Abstract: Key success factor of strategic enterprise information system management is perspective, which is described as shared point of view of IT role in organization’s activity. Perspective determines the directions of the IT's usage to improve performance, their priorities and constraints. The proposed methodology for definition of direction of IT uses a business model that reflects the strategic intentions of the organization to its operational structure. Prioritization of directions and analysis of constraints are based on a study of complementary relationships between existing and target systems of business practices.
