THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL BUSINESS IN CONDITIONS OF CRISIS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract: In this article, small business is regarded as one of the main components of a developed economy. It performs a number of tasks that allow it to develop harmoniously. Therefore, the improvement of the whole system of government support for small business is becoming a prerequisite for the successful development of small business in the Russian Federation, especially in crisis times. This work observes 11 orders of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, on the development of small and medium businesses. Disclosed problem of today’s business distrust to government support. It noted the importance of strengthening co-operation of banks and institutions of business development for the selection of investment projects, as it reduces time, increases reliability of selected projects and their viability.
