Abstract: The article deals with the dynamics of development of the institution of cadastral engineers identified the main problems and prospects of development of cadastral services, proved that the fundamental factor of influence on the market of cadastral services is the legal regulation and organization of system of interaction of cadastral engineers with organizations in accounting and real estate registration (Rosreestr and subordinate agencies).
