Abstract: Modern organizations operate in an environment of uncertainty conditions, unpredictable, sudden changes, so they must have a high level of adaptation to changing conditions. In order to become an adaptive, manufacturing, logistics, innovative subsystems of enterprise must have certain resource stocks, buffers: its mobilization will enable the organization to quickly adapt to new requirements. The management system must be designed so as to be able to seize the initiative in unpredictable situations, to adequately act in unforeseen circumstances, effectively allocate resources and exploit new emerging opportunities.
