Conceptual alternatives for Russian pension system

Abstract: In the article, the author considers essential features of the Russian pension system as well as its development prospects. Several alternatives are studied and, consequently, the author has substantiated that it is necessary to create a domestic development concept based on the Russian values which would be aimed at strengthening the unity of the people and the harmony in society in the center of which an individual is placed.
