Abstract:
The article discusses the concept of symmetry and the symmetric structure of an organization, sustainable development of an enterprise, defines the reasons for introducing a symmetric organizational structure in time for COVID-19, and the degree of influence of this event on meeting sustainability goals. The functions of a symmetric organizational structure have been identified, which allows to increase the sustainability of the organization during a pandemic. We affected sustainability trends that identified by symmetry.
