Abstract: The competitiveness of credit institutions in the retail banking market lies in their ability to conduct business in this market in order to obtain the highest possible market share and profits. Achieving these goals is linked to the level of operational efficiency and strategic positioning or differentiation of banking services. Consider the tools of corporate entrepreneurship that form competitive advantages in the banking sector.
