ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF THE FOOD TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY IN THE PANDEMIC CONTEXT

Abstract: The study is devoted to the study of the food technology industry in the context of a pandemic. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that the food technology industry did not suffer during the pandemic, but on the contrary, showed growth, including through the use of innovative technologies and investments.
