Abstract: The last decade has been the most active time in the development of digital technologies, which has contributed to the emergence of such a concept as «digitalization». In the economic environment, this process is gaining momentum at all stages of the life cycle of business entities, including bankruptcy. The article considers the formation of the digitalization process and the impact of digital technologies on the optimization of insolvency (bankruptcy) cases in the Russian Federation. The main aspects of the work of already introduced technologies in this procedure are also studied. Â
