INSTRUMENTS OF PROTECTION OF DOMESTIC PRODUCERS IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD

Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of existing instruments for the protection of domestic producers in various countries of the world, as well as to the consideration of the world practice of applying provisions implementing anti-dumping, special and compensatory measures for the protection of domestic producers of states that are members of the World Trade Organization and not members of it. Further ways of developing and improving legislation aimed at protecting domestic producers based on international experience were also proposed.
