CORPORATE CULTURE AS AN HR MANAGEMENT MECHANISM

Abstract: The article examines in detail the role of corporate culture as an important tool in the management of an organisation’s human resources. The article includes the works of foreign researchers, in order to provide relevant data, which will allow to understand the analyzed topic. The author provides the basic ideas and statistical indicators that clearly demonstrate the features of corporate culture and its importance to HR-management.
