Abstract:
A business model is a plan created by a company to maximize profits and minimize costs, a kind of benchmark in cooperation with market participants, as well as in the provision of services and the production of goods. A well-built business model can be the key to success in the market - this is confirmed by the examples of all the largest companies in the world. In the article, the author examines the processes and factors of the transformation of business models in the context of the digitalization of the Russian economy.
