Abstract: Over the centuries, engineers and architects have developed ways to create taller, more durable creations using revolutionary materials. But what is the future of building technology? When it comes to futuristic technology, people tend to think in terms of things like flying cars, robots, or virtual reality, but the technological advance that is likely to affect our future lifestyle is most associated with the houses in question. The article discusses the formation and development of the futuristic style of building houses, the use of this style in Russia and the impact of building technologies on the environment.
