HELPING CITIZENS TO OVERCOME POVERTY WITH INVOLVEMENT OF A BANKING SECTOR

Abstract: In the article, the author considers joint activity of a government and a banking sector to resolve one of the most critical social issue to raise families out of poverty and to prevent them from getting to that position. This goal is in line with the current agenda of United Nations in the sphere of stable development up to 2030.It is suggested to create a range of social banking products for families in need. Also the author analyses capability of the banking sector to introduce product, which would initiate making savings by the mentioned families.
