PENSION SYSTEM AS A MODEL OF A DIGITALLY MANAGED SOCIETY

Abstract: The author analyses risks of creation of a system of a total control of society as a result of digitalization and implementation of artificial intelligence. Possible mechanisms and technology of control are illustrated by an example of the governmental pension system considering recently adopted legislative acts. Also, the author shows filters, which could ensure against harmful use of artificial intelligence not preventing its development.
