Abstract: The article discusses the ways of communication between legal entities engaged in export-import activities and customs authorities in the provision of customs services. The innovations in the dialogue between the participants of this process are listed, the directions of using digital technologies in customs clearance and control are considered, foreign experience is studied, and modern mechanisms for combating corruption in customs authorities are presented in order to improve interaction with the business community.
