Applying the mathematic modeling tools to assess an economic impact from ratifications for regional agreements WTO+

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify problems of applying mathematic methods in order to evaluate economic benefits from ratifications for new types of regional agreements WTO+. The evolvement of trade agreements shown and the main driving motives of regionalization revealed because of this investigation. Russian practice of applying mathematic methods experienced considering non-tariff measures factor. Scheme of economic evaluating of macroeconomic indicators from ratification of regional agreements developed due to analyses of Russian practice and foreign publications. The study provides recommendations on opportunities to improve the quality of assessment of macroeconomic indicators in the Eurasian Economic Union.
