Quality pre-university training as the requisitions for accessibility to the higher education

Abstract: The essay highlights the problems of accessibility to the Higher education and its correlation with the level of the learners' pre-university preparation. The experience gained in course of the implementation of the said objective is presented through the analysis of the activities within a special university division - The Regional Center for Continuing Education. The system of pre-university education created in the framework of the Center ensures a quality preparation of school graduates for further education at Higher Institutions. This is realized by means of successive education programs and training technologies, differential and individual-orientated approach, as well as socializing of school students.
