Development of methodology for forming state task project for the training of specialists for vocational education system in the context of lack of entrants

Abstract: This article deals with the algorithms of formation of the state task project for the vocational education system for the training of specialists in order to provide necessary staff for regional economics in the context of lack of candidates. The article proposes solution of the problem of potential entrants' distribution in conditions of their shortage by means of subdividing them into groups of larger specialties based on the designed system of placing educational and economic emphases.
