The small innovative companies of Russian's universities: problems of development

Abstract: In article actual problems and tendencies of small innovative companies of Russian's universities are considered. The current condition and structure of small innovative companies reveals. The barriers facing participants of universities and small innovative companies that reduce rates of development of innovative high-tech business are investigated. On the basis of the spent analysis the author brings offers on development of conditions for the successful operation in the Russian universities that, in turn, stimulates small innovative business and will provide economic development of all country
