Organization, planning and self-control of rector's personal activity

Abstract:
The author is considered the planning of budget of time is intended to provide practical, rational usage of the most valuable asset of any leader - the time. Monitoring of results and processes of rector's personal activity leads to improvement, and in the ideal case - to optimization of processes of his/her personal activity, allows revealing whether goals were achieved, and make, if necessary, the required adjustment. Quality control of the results and processes of personal activity in a right time allows rector to acquire necessary experience and maintain the competitiveness of the organization.
