Abstract:
The issues of the design the university rankings, measures systems and efficiency indicators are considered. The correlations between various ranking measures are analyzed. The interconnection between university sizes and efficiency measures is discussed. Attention is drawn to the complex correlation between quantitative measures and university targets.
