Information support management of a higher educational institution: the advantages of process-and-module approach

Abstract: The article studies conceptual and applied aspects of information support management of a Higher Educational Institution in terms of processes. The process-and-module approach to organizing informationand- analytical environment has been presented and justified from the point of view of managing knowledge resources. The advantages and experience of utilizing such an approach have been presented and the principles of building a corporate information system for managing a HEI have been recommended.
