Analysis of inter-regional mobility of school-leavers entering to the universities

Abstract: In article the inter-regional migration of 11-year school graduates linked with higher vocational educational attainment is considered. The regions which are the large educational centers are allocated. The indicator characterizing educational force of attraction of region is introduced. The analysis of factors it depends on is carried out. Linear regression model of an indicator of educational popularity dependence from significant factors is offered. Based on the received results it is possible to develop the managerial decisions directed on preservation of regional educational and scientific systems, to attract young shots to scientific and teaching work in high schools, to satisfy interests of local business and regional economy development.
