Abstract:
It is especially difficult to improve the University management when it comes to strategic planning. One particular way of solving this task is to implement the expert system of making decisions. The said system referring to the structural reorganization at the University is based on the combination of several approaches. The article describes the expert system, which expands the Higher Educational information management system. The techniques of optimization are at the bottom of choosing the alternatives.
