Abstract:
The article gives an overview of the key ideas that can lay a foundation of organizing student extracurricular activities at a higher education institution. The extracurricular activities are based upon use of development potential of environment. The article defines the cycles which a student passes during his time at university, defines the priorities at each cycle relying upon nature of relation between students and development environment of a university.
