Structures of university development: scientifically educational centers

Abstract: This article is devoted to prospect of activity special university structure, particularly scientifically educational centers (SEC). Optimal system of management by SEC (matrix structure), creation of scientifically educational networks are analyzed. The key characteristics for institute of scientifically educational activity are marked out.
