MANAGEMENT IN A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT: ON THE WAY TO PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP
S. D. Reznik
University Management: Practice and Analysis, issue 4
Abstract:
In the article I present methodological support of university management (Academic complex of a Rector of higher educational establishments). Much is spoken about poor management in economics. And the system of high education is no exception. Each rector does need a good deputy rector, dean or the head of the department. The conclusion is clear: such people should be trained. Who is to do that? When? And on what methodological base? The reader's attention is focused on these problems.
