Abstract: The methodology for creation structural and informational model of research activity a higher educational establishment is suggested. The principles of construction the information-analytical system which corresponds to this model are considered too. The problem of constructing such systems is urgent for most of Russias universities. Its solution will help to modernize the management systems, to create of quality control systems, to integrate Russias universities in the world educational space. Realization of such information-analytical system in Perm State University is described as an example.
