FORMING THE LIST OF THE CONTROLLED FIGURES OF THE STAFF'S ACTIVITY, BASED ON THE VECTOR SPACE OF INDEXES

Abstract: The author has been describing the way of forming the list of the controlled figures of the staffs activity. The list of the controlled figures is directed towards supporting the teaching process of the university. The activity of the department is considered to solve many tasks. The level of priority, the degree of conformity to the purposes of the main processes, the frequency of appearance are evaluated for every task. Therefore the evaluations make it possible to divide the tasks into separated sets: compulsory recommended and not recommended ones for controlling. Also these evaluations are used for forming the vector space of indexes, which can be as a basis for the way of determination the weight indexes of the figures.
