Abstract: The purpose of the article is the analysis of an infrastructure and mechanisms of functioning of researchand- production sphere in innovative university, by the experience of Vladivostok state university of economics and service. The basic aspects of the organization and management of research works are considered. The experience of VVSU is analyzed, and the author makes a conclusion about integration of a science, education and business, and activation the process of technology transfer to real sector of economy.
