INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VALUATION IN UNIVERSITY COMPLEX

Abstract: The regional and branch-wise Irkutsk State University Complex of Ways of Communications is oriented on training specialists for the railway transport, which is in the process of structural reforming at the moment. Some of the aspects of the structural reforming are businesses? division and forming a competitive environment in the branch in this process there appear new risks by the nature of things. That?s why the questions of intellectual property valuation are specially emphasized in the conditions of structural reforming. Within the regional and branch-wise Irkutsk State University Complex of Ways of Communications the author of the article makes an attempt to elaborate some methodological recommendations on the valuation of the university?s intellectual property in the period of the branch training structural reforming. The article gives a general idea of the methods of the valuation of the intellectual property and of their workability in the branch as well as of the corporate activity?s risks account particularity at intellectual property valuation.
