Corporate culture of the modern university

Abstract: The author of this article focuses attention on base definition of corporate culture, its structure and functions. It is accentuated that accurate fixation of corporate values is needed; the optimal scheme for establishing of basic documents is also considered. In addition, the author suggests different ways to develop corporate culture, considering the university specific character.
