Abstract: Human activity is altering the biodiversity, species abundance, and biotic interactions on Earth through conversion of ecosystems and their natural functioning. This time period has been appointed Anthropocene from 2000 (Malhi, 2017). The impact in land cover and their transformation has been so extensive that Ellis & Rammankutty (2008) have described the terrestrial biosphere in terms of the current human-altered systems classifying it in anthropogenic biomes, where is recognized that after rangelands (25%), cropland cover the second mayor area on Earth surface (close to 20%).
