Abstract:
This is an era when many long-standing institutions are under severe strain – the fundamental structure of the economy, the functionality of globalization vis-a-vis production, trade, and immigration, notions of citizenship, racial relations, and environmental management are among these. Substantial progress seemed to have been made about environmental management since the 1960s.
