Abstract:
The burden of tuberculosis and Cerebrovascular diseases is enormous world-wide. Changing global trends have increasingly made high, middle and low income countries face one of these less exposed burdens. Evidences linking tuberculosis with Cerebrovascular disease have supported the notion of both intraluminal and extraluminal pathology. Vessel wall invasion and inflammation that happens with Tuberculousmeningitis (TBM) has a high level of evidence supporting Tuberculosis as the cause of vasculitis.
