Abstract: Introduction: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) remains a major public health problem. COPD is costly disease. Many patients suffering from chronic obstructive lungs diseases are of poor economic status, mostly illiterate, therefore has a direct bearing on patient compliance.
