Abstract: Background: Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) levels increase in response to exercise in congestive heart failure patients. However, the timing, degree, and clinical consequences of exercise-related BNP elevation in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) remain unexplored.
